Programs
The special disciplines are designed to broaden, expand, and prepare students for any role they wish to pursue. The Oxford Method of Study is utilized to deepen the students knowledge of the subject matter and to begin to prepare them for research, research writing, and the publication of their work (if they so desire). It will also familiarize the student with medical library research and how to prepare research articles for publication.
This is an intensive program that will require most of the student’s time. Although part-time students will be considered for acceptance.
We highly recommend that students dedicate their full time to their studies. Accepted students will be heavily involved in reading many textbooks, research articles, case presentations, and writing research essays. “It is not our intention to make any program so difficult for students. But our programs in neuropsychology and behavioral disciplines are very strict with the educational guidelines. We do press our students to their maximum potential, both for their own good and the program of studies we provide. No one will be able to second-guess your education since our programs meet (or surpass) the same educational requirements as any Ivy League school.
If you dedicate your whole might and time to us, we promise to make you an extremely educated and knowledgeable neuroscientist."
